These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and 777pr with respect to your use of the 777pr website, mobile-optimised platform, games, sportsbook, payment facilities, bonuses, and any other services offered under the 777pr brand at https://777pr.app and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activities conducted through your 777pr account — including bets placed, games played, and transactions processed — are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 777pr support team immediately. 777pr will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.
• Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as disclosed in the cashier section of the Platform.

The 777pr Platform operates a PKR-native wallet. All account balances, deposit amounts, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or game description.

Deposits: 777pr accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels including USDT. Once a bet or game round has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and may not be altered or cancelled by the player except where the Platform's rules expressly permit cancellation. In the event of a technical error during a game round or bet settlement, 777pr reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account.

For 777pr's cricket sportsbook, the following additional rules apply:

• Bets placed on matches that are subsequently abandoned or not completed within the prescribed timeframe may be voided and stakes returned, subject to the specific market rules.
• In-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time availability and may be suspended at any time during a live event at 777pr's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777pr Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777pr, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part of it.
• Any errors, bugs, or technical failures on the Platform, provided that 777pr takes reasonable steps to address such issues upon notification.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

777pr's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your 777pr account at the time the relevant claim arises.

You may close your 777pr account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance after the deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

777pr may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any part of these Terms.
• 777pr is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.
• 777pr has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• Your account is associated with any chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions.

Where an account is closed by 777pr for breach of these Terms, 777pr reserves the right to withhold any or all account balances, including real-money funds, pending investigation and subject to the outcome of that investigation.
